The Coaching Process

  • Coaching is conducted one-on-one or in groups of a maximum of 10 people and is highly confidential.
  • Our coaching sessions are tailor-made to meet specific requirements of participants.
  • We guide participants step by step to overcome their specific issues and become more successful at work.
  • All our sessions are action-oriented and results-oriented.
  • E-books and audios are offered to participants.
  • Regular follow-up sessions are provided to participants.

One-on-One Coaching

In our one-on-one coaching, the sessions are held weekly and each session includes the following:

  • Techniques to enable the participant to overcome the specific issues faced by him/her.
  •  Practical exercises.
  •  Some coaching programs may include certain tests to better understand the participant (e.g. Personality tests, Emotional Intelligence tests, NLP style tests, etc.).
  •  Participants are given practical exercises which they have to do between the sessions to get results.
  • We stay in touch with the participant between the sessions by email and by phone to give him guidance   on   how to better apply the techniques learned during the sessions.
  •  After the coaching sessions are completed, we provide follow-up sessions to the participant.

Group Coaching

In our group coaching, the sessions are conducted for groups of 8 to 10 participants and are held weekly. Each session includes the following:

  • Techniques to enable participants to overcome their specific issues.
  •  Individual exercises and group exercises.
  •  Some coaching programs may include certain tests to better understand the participant (e.g. Personality tests, Emotional Intelligence tests, NLP style tests, etc.).
  •  Participants are given practical exercises which they have to do between the sessions to get results.
  •  We stay in touch with the participants between the sessions by email and by phone to give him/ her guidance on how to better apply the techniques learned during the sessions.
  • After the coaching sessions are completed, we provide one-on-one follow-up sessions to each participant.
